The Seat-and-Guild Roster

Every guild and every senate seat, with a named holder and a one-line identity. Produced by the Leader-to-House Audit (COUNCIL/, 2026-07-12), building on the fused-aristocracy doctrine (04A-HOUSES section 1, 05-GUILDS section 1). Cross-references: 04A-HOUSES (senate powers and seat distribution), 05-GUILDS (guild dispositions and officers), 15-PROVINCE-PROFILES (province culture and capitals). Strategic agendas (goals, obstacles, resources, assets, liabilities) for every guild and house: 04D-AGENDAS.

How to read this. Each of the eighteen provinces holds one guild and one to five senate seats. For seventeen provinces the dominant seat is a Fused House (guild Leadership + dominant senate seat + Council of 18 seat in one bundle); the Temple of the One’s Entoyo is the exception, where the bundle splits. Other seats in a province belong to Rival Houses (senate-seated, guild-affiliated, not guild-leading).

Name status. Names in bold are locked canon. Names marked (proposed) are new from this audit, filling registries the bible left OPEN, offered for Logan’s confirmation, built in each province’s established cultural register. Several Leaders are pre-prime at book one: the person named holds the seat in the standing structure, but at book one opening a previous-generation figure (usually OPEN) still sits it.

Julin · Torrus Ectos · 1 seat (frontier)

Section titled “Julin · Torrus Ectos · 1 seat (frontier)”

Patron Bamoph-bam; capital Olmenfjord. Fused House: House Ectos (proposed), a family that rose through the brawler markets rather than inheritance. Leader Gren’o’nos’n’offak (“Gren”). Right Hand Amber (Asimarr); Left Hand Rolinda (Asimarr). No rival seat. Gentry texture beneath the house: the Hauld line (deep-water captains) and Skerry line (lighthouse keepers), neither senate-seated. Flag: canon marks Gren as the least-respected Leader, regularly used as a wedge by the other guilds and not fully aware of it; carry into any scene where Julin’s lone seat gets out-maneuvered.

Patron Yadra; capital Vasilek. Fused House: House Summer (name working-canon, OPEN-flagged in source). Leader Lady Summer (“Lady Winter”). Right Hand Heathcliff; Left Hand Sergey. Rival seats:

  • House Voronets (proposed): old textile-export dynasty controlling the embroidered-linen wagon trade south; resents Emphemere’s brokerage cut on every load.
  • House Osenko (proposed): homeland-rooted line neighboring Zaryanoye; champions “open the gates” homeland-aid votes in generational opposition to Lady Summer’s closed-gate, city-primacy faction.

No patron of the Eight (the Temple’s doctrinal heartland); capital Hokuden. The one guild that cannot fuse, so the bundle splits three ways:

  • Guild Leader Alont (pre-prime), runs the political wing from Sulamir.
  • Right Hand Niska, who also holds the Temple’s true Council of 18 seat through the inner teaching (not through the senate; her vow-suspended surname bars any house headship).
  • Left Hand Uing-Wei.
  • Senate seat: House Ilyrast (proposed), head Renjiro (proposed): a devout lay-noble line that has funded and guarded the Hokuden temple for generations without taking vows. Influential but structurally hollow, since the Temple’s real authority (Niska) answers to no house. Flag: niska independently proposes House Hokuden for this seat; reconcile the two (recommend Ilyrast, since Hokuden is a place-name).

Nolekkelon · Abyssal Fires · 1 seat (frontier)

Section titled “Nolekkelon · Abyssal Fires · 1 seat (frontier)”

Patron Ilogo; capital Vissett. Fused House: House Vartiovaara (proposed), a “watch-hill” line among the Watch Houses, holding at Mikelnik on the highest watchtower road. Leader Rhys (gnome). Right Hand Baith (Goliath); Left Hand Montroy (half-elf). No rival seat. Grievance hook: the continent’s largest archive and its principal intelligence apparatus, weighted at a single frontier seat. The Library Houses beyond Vartiovaara remain OPEN.

Frewna Nurrelle · The White Legion · 2 seats

Section titled “Frewna Nurrelle · The White Legion · 2 seats”

Patron Rashel; the western coast’s largest harbor. Fused House: House Stone (proposed). Leader Elacole Stone (theatrical, one of the Council’s great orators; means to be quoted for a century and to die onstage). Right Hand Cemenda; Left Hand Wynjaren. Rival seat:

  • House Vinciel (proposed): theatrical-noble family that built its influence through Grand Opera patronage; its money rebuilt the Opera’s costume trade after the wartime fire, and it resents House Stone getting the applause. Other Frewnese lines in canon: Marbre, Estoile.

Patron Michana; capital Burumqi. Fused House: the Academy House of Alont (proposed), Creven’s line. Leader Creven Alont (self-understanding as the path to cosmic understanding; spends his capital keeping the cold war from going hot). Right Hand Thervo; Left Hand Kadazaki (Tabaxi). No rival seat. Grievance hook: Pogusi tutors sit inside every great house on the continent, yet the province holds one seat. Open thread: whether Creven’s surname ties him to Alont of the Temple of the One is a live canon question the province leans on without resolving. Other lines: Sosthenes, Phylo.

Patron Embelekor; capital Shuzozheng (the Great Trade Hall; the House of Mihran compound). Fused House: House Mihran. Leader OPEN at book one (a previous-generation Mihran); Fitz is pre-prime, read as heir-apparent; his eventual Hands are Ptolemy and Vera. Rival seats:

  • House Bizhan (proposed): caravan-financing dynasty running the silk-and-spice credit lines; the house every mid-tier caravan master owes a favor to.
  • House Kaveh (proposed): saffron-and-textile house whose caravanserai network gives it the best real-time read on frontier conditions, occasionally beating Multani’s own channels to Council. Spare canon line: Roshan.

Patron Zathra; capital Joran (fortified quarry city). Fused House: House Stoneheart. Leader OPEN at book one (an aging Stoneheart predecessor); Callum “Kane” is pre-prime; his eventual Hands are Tara Trapper and Titus. Rival seats:

  • House Trapper: Tara’s line, held by a senior Trapper of her parents’ generation (name reserved); the holder who must bless or resist the eventual Stoneheart-Trapper match.
  • House Hild (proposed): old quarrying family holding Joran’s northern quarry face since before the Great War; reads every Stoneheart building contract as a referendum on whose stone gets specified first. Other lines: Stoneward, Reach.

Patron Embelekor; capital Lupan (the Iron Bank). Fused House: Pershaun’s house. Leader Pershaun (economic sovereignty; holds women in higher regard than men). Right Hand Jaka (dwarf); Left Hand Ban (vampire). Rival seat:

  • House di Lupan (proposed): the province’s namesake second family, running the Mint Hall’s coinage (as distinct from the Iron Bank’s credit and vaulting); they strike the specie the Bank lends against, and play the reasonable, less-feared face of Lupani finance. Other lines: Aurelia, Bancaforte. (Note: Aurelia also appears among Creko’s martial families; treat as one continent-spanning dynasty with branches, not a collision.)

Ockallaka · Prodigus Group · 1 seat (frontier)

Section titled “Ockallaka · Prodigus Group · 1 seat (frontier)”

Patron Yadra; capital Kazun (the Great Hearth). Fused “house”: the Lakkanen clan (proposed), Fidi’olliana’s line (Ockallaka is clan-based, not dynastic, so there is no formal House title). Leader Fidi’olliana: Ockallaka clan-born, hands-on, redundancy-obsessed, allergic to ornament; has personally repaired more Founding-era systems than any living Leader and treats that competence as her claim to a Council voice equal to Alum-sidek’s, not a courtesy seat for “the guild that fixes things.” Right Hand Ralana; Left Hand Luqa. No rival seat. Other clans: Mahina, Pekelo, Ali’ikai.

Ahlgenadin · The Sulamir League · 5 seats (the capital province)

Section titled “Ahlgenadin · The Sulamir League · 5 seats (the capital province)”

No single patron (all Eight hold major temples here); the province surrounds and contains the city of Sulamir. Fused House: House Berreldin (proposed). Leader Berreldin: old past easy reckoning, patient to the point of geological, speaks rarely and then delivers the single sentence that reframes a debate around a precedent only the League remembers; their palace sits atop the Center Spire that anchors the dome, which the League treats as no accident. Right Hand Tefeska; Left Hand Perym. The four Rival seats (this is the political-core province):

  • House Corveliss, Sulamir branch, at Corvelith Tower in the Tonjani Quarter: holds an Ahlgenadin seat in its own right because the magnerail terminus sits inside the capital; Cyl’s city-resident branch.
  • House Sarafen (proposed): a Mal’akha founding-contract house, custodians of Founding Tongue liturgical texts and ceremonial interpreters for Council rites; doctrinally closer to the Temple’s contemplative wing, a quiet counterweight when Alont marshals “the better guilds.”
  • House Valcresh (proposed): staffs the Council Chambers’ protocol and security office; knows every Leader’s comings and goings and trades that knowledge carefully. The house built on proximity.
  • House Aldrenor (proposed): Founding-era custodians of the deep-infrastructure vault-keys below the city, including sealed access near the Rhydin levels; feared out of proportion to a small public footprint.

Patron Zathra; capital Rikut (the Drill Cathedral). Fused House: Quinton’s house. Leader Quinton Marvelous (strict, eccentric, impossible standards; pre-prime per the audit flag, though the guild file names him presently active). Right Hand Dante (half-elf); Left Hand Fyerre (dwarf). Rival seat:

  • House Tiberian (proposed): old cavalry-officer dynasty supplying instructors seconded to other provinces’ guards; lobbies hardest to rein in the brawler markets, sharpening the Red Dragons / Red Octopus rivalry. Other lines: Aurelia (see Lupan), Octavia.

Tonja · The Alum-sidek Alliance · 3 seats

Section titled “Tonja · The Alum-sidek Alliance · 3 seats”

Patron Jawehn (oath, kin, hearth); capital Landavilks (magnerail terminus). The split bundle, resolved: Tonja is the one province where guild Leadership and the dominant senate seat sit in different houses.

  • Guild Leadership + Council seat: House Tolleman. Leader Nathia Tolleman (the young noblewoman who does not speak). Resolution of the knot: Tolleman is a distinct old Tonjani line, not a Corveliss by blood or marriage, but kin-sworn to House Corveliss through oath-registers that predate the magnerail charter. That sworn-word tie is what lets the Leadership sit apart from the senate seat without breaking Tonja’s kin-honor code. Right Hand Haymond (“the Scorpion,” civic cover for his soul-pact protection of Cyl); Left Hand Cyl, of the Consort House below.
  • Consort House (dominant senate seat): House Corveliss. Head Aesen Corveliss (Cyl’s grandfather); Cyl is heir-presumptive. Corveliss holds the magnerail charter, which is what makes Alum-sidek “functionally inseparable” from the house and why the Left Hand runs through Corveliss.
  • Rival seats: Eastreach (frontier military house, Tonja’s Waste Land hawks, natural rival to Corveliss’s trade-first instinct) and Wulfric (kin-magistrate house that adjudicates oath-law, whose backing every Tonjani succession fight needs). Unseated lesser houses: Hildwin (agricultural; Corveliss’s home-ground client at the village that hosts Corveliss Hall) and Beorn (timber and trade). Flag: per cyl, Searlis seizes House Corveliss at book one’s close; this roster is the pre-climax baseline (Aesen as head).

Patron Yadra; capital Pekkalipia (the Mother Hall, the continent’s largest Heart-discipline site). Fused House: House Singh. Leader OPEN at book one (a previous-generation Heart-master); Singh is pre-prime; her Hands are Bathemel (orc) and Gwen (halfling). Rival seat:

  • House Devraj (proposed): a river-mouth merchant house, Merjaya’s expedience counterweight; brokers the trade concessions that keep Pekkalipia’s spice and tuition revenue flowing, and votes against House Singh’s principled positions when the ledger demands. Other lines: Suryakumar, Padma.

Antodinera · Order of the Blue Cross · 2 seats

Section titled “Antodinera · Order of the Blue Cross · 2 seats”

Patron Yadra; capital Antodinera (the Great Hospice, the continent’s largest dying-care institution). Fused House: House Esteban (proposed, inferred from Vaz’s Casa Esteban hold). Leader Vazzerin “Vaz” Ohn (vampire, obsessed with dying well; the Council’s principal voice for peace; full standing at book one). Right Hand Nell (vampire); Left Hand Hayzek (gnome). Rival seat:

  • House Mariella (proposed): an old hospice dynasty running the higher-volume houses; lobbies for the intake capacity Vaz’s restraint politics keep off the table, the guild’s one real internal fault line dressed as a scheduling dispute. Other line: Diego.

Patron Yadra (hot-spring ritual). Fused House: House Asantewa (proposed, from Dru Danum’s Asantewa Hall). Leader Dru Danum (pre-prime; ambition: own one of every classified artifact before he dies, already keeping a Founding-era angel feather closer than OCTA suspects). Right Hand Imril; Left Hand Olamae. Rival seat:

  • House Boahene (proposed): a river-crossing banking house competing with Asantewa dominance; the seat Iron Coin’s agents court hardest for a wedge inside Bolanbi’s delegation. Other line: Sefa.

Patron Michana; capital Nanderland (the Harmony Hall). Fused House: House Suhyun (proposed). Leader Skylar (pre-prime; sincere, believes in continental reconciliation through alliance and marriage; read as naive by sharper Leaders). Right Hand Harthero; Left Hand Chale. No rival seat. Ruling recommended: the single seat is intentional, not a drafting gap. Alyu’amare wins by soft power, brokering marriages and alliances across every other province rather than accumulating votes at home; a second Illibill seat would blunt the very “our internal harmony is not performance” claim that defines the province. (Resolves one of the Cartographer’s three geography flags.)

Udlimill · Order of the Spider · 1 seat (frontier)

Section titled “Udlimill · Order of the Spider · 1 seat (frontier)”

Patron Ilogo; capital Ylothiahoketh (the Watch Hall, built for intelligence work). Fused House: House Bilegt (proposed, from Jinto Sien’s Bilegt-yurt clan compound). Leader Jinto Sien (ambition: to control the flow of secrets across the continent and, in time, the Council itself, silently, and to never hold a title that names him). Right Hand Elonzo Besk (proposed); Left Hand Safiya Chinue (proposed). No rival seat. The Spider split, recommended: Jinto holds the Leadership and the Bilegt senate seat publicly (a Fused House must have a name), but the true Council of 18 seat is quietly exercised through one of his Hands, so he works unseen even at the Council’s own table. This makes Udlimill the second public/secret split after the Temple, honoring both his creed and the fusion rule. Other clans: Borjigid, Khorlan, Naran.

  1. Lock or adjust the proposed names (marked (p) above): the Fused-House names for the OPEN lines (Ectos, Vartiovaara, Ilyrast, Stone, Lakkanen clan, Berreldin, Esteban, Asantewa, Suhyun, Bilegt) and all the Rival House names.
  2. Entoyo’s senate house: House Ilyrast (this audit) vs House Hokuden (niska). Recommend Ilyrast.
  3. The Spider split: adopt Jinto Sien’s public-seat / hidden-Council-seat split (recommended), making Udlimill the second split after the Temple.
  4. Illibill’s single seat: confirm as intentional soft-power underweighting (recommended) rather than folding in a second seat.
  5. Confirm the inferred Fused Houses: House Esteban for Vaz (from Casa Esteban) and House Asantewa for Dru Danum (from Asantewa Hall) are inferred, not stated; lock if they become load-bearing.
  6. Pre-prime predecessors: the book-one Leaders of Multani, the Masons, Bavit-vita, the Red Dragons, Alyu’amare, and the Temple remain OPEN previous-generation figures; name where a scene needs them.
